Dr. Julie Orman graduated in 1996 with a doctorate from Life West Chiropractic College. She later attained certification in advanced Network Spinal Analysis. 

She has been practicing over 20 years and has given over 100,000 treatments.

She uses an extremely effective combination of methods to simultaneously work on long-term healing and correction while also addressing the more immediate concerns. Dr. Orman is known for bringing her Midwest openness and concern to her patients and their families. Her patients attribute her effectiveness to her expertise, love and healing hands.

Dr. Orman continues to take many postgraduate courses and educates herself throughout the year. In addition to her doctorate, she has a Masters degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work.

 Jonathan Nelson, L.Ac., C.M.T., M.S.O.M., A.A.S.

Recovery happens the quickest when the body is running at its most efficient.

Jonathan Nelson is a 2007 graduate of Baker College of Muskegon, Michigan, receiving an Associate's of Applied Science in Massage Therapy after completing 990 hours of training. Following this, he moved to California in 2009 to begin a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine at the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley. He completed the MSOM degree in 2011, after 3,394 hours of training.

While attending these schools, Jonathan learned myriad techniques to benefit acute and chronic injuries, but also to look beyond the injury to the patient's overall lifestyle and diet. Jonathan goes the extra mile to instruct patients how to keep themselves well outside the treatment rooms, via stretches, foods to add or avoid, and light exercises.

During acupuncture school, Jonathan was blessed to study with Japanese-style acupuncturists (unique among acupuncture schools in this country) Haro Ogawa, the acupuncturist for the San Francisco Giants, and Atsuki Maeda, a Japanese techniques specialist who taught Jonathan the gentle and painless method he continues practicing today. It was during this time that Jonathan was taught the treatment principle of "when a patient is already in pain, your techniques should not create more pain," and has continued this style since. Your comfort is of utmost priority during the session.

Jonathan specializes in orthopedic acupuncture and massage therapy, focusing specifically on patient's injury rehabilitation and enhancing athletic prowess. He is a compassionate and dedicated healer. He has experience treating rotator cuff (shoulder) injuries, acute and chronic low back pain due to muscle sprain/strain and spinal disc degeneration, osteoarthritis, Sacroilliac joint pain, sciatica, knee pain, foot drop due to nerve compression, rheumatoid arthritis, common cold and allergies (preventative and acute), digestive issues such as GERD, constipation, or nausea, insomnia, stress relief, depression, neck pain.

Jonathan's future plans include continuing education in a Diplomate of the National Board of Acupuncture Orthopedics (DNBAO), and to learn how to apply the Kiso Method of gentle joint and bone manipulations to round out his clinical practice.
